De Michelinster is een aanduiding voor restaurants met een uitzonderlijk goede keuken en een correcte bediening in de befaamde Rode Gidsen van de bandenfabrikant Michelin. Een beperkt aantal beste restaurants in elke gids wordt aangeduid door één, twee of drie sterren.
